Select any two kaiju to compare HP, DPS, stamina cost, speed tier, and best mode side-by-side. I built this after spending hours recording stats manually — the relative DPS index uses Destoroyah Form 4 as the 100-point reference.
Pick two kaiju from the dropdowns. Winner cells are highlighted in green. DPS scores are relative (Form 4 = 100). Lower stamina cost and higher speed tier are shown as wins since they represent better resource efficiency.

The DPS index is relative, not absolute. I set Destoroyah Form 4 as the 100-point reference because it had the highest damage output in my Update 24 testing across 10-match samples. Every other form is scored proportionally — an 88 means that kaiju deals roughly 88% of Form 4's burst damage under the same conditions.
I don't have access to server-side damage logs. My testing protocol is consistent: same target, same server, three full skill rotations per match, screenshot before and after. HP values and stamina cost categories are sourced from community documentation and cross-checked against my observed gameplay.
Official — stat confirmed from SULU KAKA's Update 24 patch text or in-game UI.
Community — sourced from consistent community reports I cross-checked in-game.
Estimated — derived from observed gameplay; I flag these because I can't verify server-side values.
Based on my testing across all 8 kaiju, here is who wins each primary role. Use this as a starting point — your specific playstyle and skill consistency will affect how these translate in practice.
Destoroyah Form 4 tops my DPS index at 100. Godzilla Minus One is close at 94 and more consistent in sustained fights. My scores use a relative scale — Form 4 is the reference point, not an absolute damage-per-second value.
Kiryu Type 3 has higher base HP (10,400 vs 9,200) and lower stamina cost — it outlasts Form 4 in prolonged duels. Form 4 wins in burst races. Which is better depends on whether the fight is quick or extended.
The DPS score is a relative index with Destoroyah Form 4 set at 100. I recorded damage output across 10-match samples under consistent conditions. This lets you compare forms proportionally without access to server-side logs.
Destoroyah Aggregate. SULU KAKA's Update 24 patch notes cite it for event grinding, and my 12-session test confirmed it outperformed all others in multi-enemy AoE throughput at close range.
