Kaiju Alpha Guide is a public information site. We do not require user accounts.
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand page performance. Analytics identifiers are optional environment variables and are blank at launch.
If you email us, we use your message only to respond or verify the correction you sent. We do not sell personal information.

Data Retention
- Server access logs: purged after 30 days
- Google Analytics 4 data: retained 14 months (GA4 default)
- IndexNow / search engine submission logs: 90 days
- Aggregated anonymized statistics: retained indefinitely

We do not transfer personal data outside the EEA; if this changes we will use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Kaiju Alpha Guide is a general-audience fan site. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where a higher age of digital consent applies). We do not require accounts, logins, or registration, and we do not ask visitors to submit personal details to use the site.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information (for example, by emailing us), contact hello@kaijualpha.com and we will delete it promptly. We comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and equivalent provisions of the GDPR concerning minors.
